You do not need a PayPal account to submit payment with a credit card, when you don’t have a PayPal account:

-At check out, please fill out your billing details (name, last name, address, town/city, state, zip, email address and phone address)

-Click on “proceed to PayPal” and choose the section “pay with a bank account, debit or credit card, or PayPal credit”

-Select debit or credit card and fill out this section to proceed with the payment.

 

Shipping

Please make sure your PayPal address is up to date.

At RBKCOLLECTION, our necklaces and sets come prepackaged in an elegant and chic suede jewelry pouch for protect your jewelry.

Are items area carefully wrapped before being placed in boxes, prior to shipping gift wrapping upon request.

We ship all orders through USPS Class mail, with delivery confirmation within 2-7 business days (excluding holidays) after payment received. Please use this tracking number to stay up to date on your shipment.

Current all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home. I do not ship to P.O box addresses.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

 

Returns and exchanges

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied on your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, I will gladly refund (except for shipping charges). Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your piece if you are shipping it back. After that, sorry but we cannot make refunds.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom orders and items on sale.

All item(s) to be returned must be in their original unused condition. All tags and boxes must be included in your return. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for lost or items damaged during shipping.

Once your package has been received, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
